MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All sales are final on our made-to-order items.

If you have any questions about sizing and fit before placing an order, please contact us at info@cheekldn.com and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

SALE ITEMS

Sale items and items purchased with promotional sale codes cannot be refunded, and are final sale.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely instance that you receive a faulty item or wrong item different to what you originally ordered, please contact us at info@cheekldn.com citing your order number, name, address, and reason for return within 14 days of receipt of your item.

We will then, send you further instructions for return/exchange.

REFUNDS (If applicable)

Once your return item has been received and inspected by CHEEKLDN, you will receive email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund based on your reason for return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Returns and exchanges must be notified within 14 days of receipt of your item.

SHIPPING

All returns and exchanges should be shipped via tracked mail in a secure package to the designated address instructed in the email notification.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on your return item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
